I’ve been a coach and consultant for over a decade and nothing lights me up more than helping my clients achieve abundant success. From an early age, I’ve been obsessed with human potential, chasing big dreams, and consistently achieving goals.

When my coaching and consulting journey started in 2007, I quickly realized the extraordinary fulfillment that came from helping others exceed their own expectations.

I specialize in working with highly motivated women who want more for themselves - whether that’s opportunities in business, visibility in their communities, or pursuing a passion project. The one core theme is that they are tired of playing small, not fully showing up and they no longer want opportunities to pass them by.

How it works:

I tailor every single detail to what you need. There’s no such thing as “one size fits all” consulting and coaching at AWC. This is about YOU, your goals, your brand and helping you identify opportunities for your future. I also have an exceptional team and network, so if there is something I don’t personally offer, I will bring in the experts that do and work alongside them to make sure we get the best results for you.

I work with my clients for a minimum of 90 days. Many of my clients have opted to have me on retainer for many years and we continue to uplevel their goals each and every quarter. It’s been a true honor and pleasure assisting in their success, holding them accountable, and crossing so many goals off their list!

How did I get to this point?
​
I've run several successful coaching companies over the last decade in varying niches and helped over 250 women of various ages and stages achieve success. I’ve also had the opportunity to climb the corporate ladder myself and fully understand what it takes to perform at a high level, under intense pressure, each and every day. I’m fiercely committed to personal and professional development and love optimizing performance and executive presence. Working alongside my clients who are setting and slaying goals fuels my fire. We work hard, celebrate success at every milestone, and then raise the bar. I absolutely love watching women realize their full potential, stop playing small, commit to themselves, and finally go for it.

I know it can be challenging, overwhelming, and can often bring up mixed emotions whether it’s confidence-based, imposter syndrome-related or rooted in fear. I’ve invested significantly in my own development over the years and worked long and hard with countless experts. I'm also a certified positive psychology coach, and as my client, you will benefit tremendously from the infusion of this science-based approach to wellbeing and success.
